Our Mission
Too often, middle and high school girls with powerful ideas don't pursue them - they might want to start a nonprofit, launch a business, publish a book... but they don't know where to start, who to ask, or whether they're "qualified." That's where Project Ruby steps in!

Our mission is to empower the next generation of female leaders by connecting middle schoolers and high schoolers (typically grades 9-10) with successful teen mentors who guide them in building passion projects, finding internships, and impactful initiatives. Through personalized mentorship, community support, and leadership training, Project Ruby helps young girls gain the confidence, skills and experience they need to create real change.
