Aditi Chhawacharia

Aditi is extremely well-versed in tech and building initiatives as she's built various apps, websites and has done research with labs and fellowships - all which she does to make an impact. Aditi also has leadership and advocacy work, having founded this mentorship program, a tech nonprofit organization and is the President of Girls Who Code at her school. Aditi also has a wide tech stack from Python, HTML/CSS/JS to AI, React Native and Flutter/Dart as well as knowledge and research in AI governance.

Riya Dutta
Riya is a youth leader, policy advocate, and nonprofit founder. She co-authored an AI policy paper with UVA & Stanford’s Democracy Lab, set for UN General Assembly presentation and international media coverage. Through her nonprofit, she’s distributed 3,000+ school supplies and launched 10+ donation sites to promote educational equity. As a Congressional intern, she published policy reports and engaged with 20+ UN delegations and the Egyptian government. A nationally ranked debater and Policy Fellow, Riya has also completed 120+ hours of community service.

Kimberly Huynh
Kimberly has experience building passion projects on her own initiative, such as working on her research paper, founding an afterschool STEM program, and volunteering/shadowing at a hospital in various units like nursing, pharmacy and the ER. She's also balanced playing two varsity sports while taking dual enrollment and AP classes. She's also started a passion project called MEDIMIX, which focuses on spreading awareness and knowledge about the pharmacy field, making her perfect for anyone interested in bio or medical help.

Gargi Chaudari
Gargi is a finance-focused student leader and mentor. With multiple internships under finance professionals and published research in a finance journal, she brings deep experience to the table. She’s qualified for ICDC, led financial initiatives in her DECA chapter, and serves as the financial officer for an organization that’s raised $125K+ to support schools in India. A business fellowship alum, Gargi has competed in numerous stock market and investing competitions and even represented Texas at a national conference in Washington, D.C. She’s an incredible resource for any student looking to explore or grow in finance.

Sophia Lee
Sophia is great for any girl interested in publishing a book, magazines, competitions, or literary nonprofits. She brings in LOTS of experience, having founded international literacy magazines for Asians that have reached 5+ countries, a writing blog with 1.4M views, and is the author of a poetry collection that was nominated for the 21st Emily Dickinson award. Sophia ALSO won the nomination for Pushcart Prize which is one of the most prestigious literary awards to date, making her a great mentor for any girl interested in literature or the arts!

Shravya Reddivari
Shravya is great for any girl interested in launching local initiatives in their city or working with their government through drafting proposals and legislature. Shravya has not just published bills in education reform, but also is the vice president of a nonprofit serving underprivileged groups, started initiatives in her school district, and even developed a website for her school district supporting underprivileged students. Shreya Talwar
Shreya is extremely experienced in entrepreneurship and business, through being CEO of So Sweet Desert Emporium, Co-Founder of Simply Gifted Shop, President of French Honor Society and to being a certified martial arts instructor, Shreya thrives on her ability to create meaningful connections and empowering others through teamwork. Destiny Saint Amour
Destiny is an ideal mentor for girls interested in launching initiatives, law, leading with impact, or combining business with advocacy. She runs a digital marketing company supporting small businesses with branding and social media, and founded a law-focused newsletter to spotlight legal and political issues impacting youth. As VP of Student Government, DECA chapter founder, and social media director for a cancer initiative, Destiny brings strong leadership experience.

Muna Yassin
Muna is extremely helpful to any girl interested in startups, nonprofits or the medical field. Not only does she run her own Etsy online business with 5000+ sales, but she’s also done research on neuroscience gene therapy as well as her own medical nonprofit helping young patients. Vaishnavi is perfect for any girl interested in healthcare and starting their own nonprofit. Vaishnavi has co-founded a nonprofit that has led donated 1K+ hygiene kits, started 20+ chapters across US, 5+ globally, trained 200+ students in first aid, distributed healthcare pamphlets in 20+ languages, and even collaborated with leaders to end healthcare disparities. Not only is Ayushi the CEO of a neuroscience centered nonprofit, but she’s also done independent research connecting dreams with neuroscience and founded a club where students can research to make projects that impact their community. Jaya Bondada
Jaya is great for any girl interested in neuroscience or psychology, especially in nonprofit building and internships. Not only has she co-founded her nonprofit, Hope for Neuro, but she also has co-founded a research club where she connects students's research papers with professors and gets them published. Jaya is also organizing a summer workshop inviting professionals from neurology to conduct lectures and decisions as well as working on her psychology research paper and other medicine-related pursuits.

Meet Spurthi! Spurthi's expertise in service, nonprofit leadership makes her perfect for guidance and general mentoring support. As President of Walnut Grove Community Service Club and founder of her nonprofit, she has made a significant impact by providing free clothing to homeless shelters, single pregnant women, single parents, military veterans, low-income families, and orphans. Meet Lindsey! Lindsey is great for anyone who’s interested in writing or wants to make an impact on their community. She’s written an research paper - currently writing a second one about empathy - has published poems with 24,000+ reads across sites and with America Library of Poetry, has worked with DECA to create co-awareness group about teen abuse, and has gotten over 200+ service hours.
